At BARRs Bars, we believe in the simple benefits associated with the organic and natural ingredients we utilize in our handcrafted body products. We believe that organic and natural products are more mild, and more gentle on the skin, thus producing healthier skin.
Product benefits are not for medical treatment. Rather, the "benefits" listed are based on "known benefits" of each of the individual raw materials in our products.
While many of the dried plants, essential oils, and other natural ingredients in our handcrafted soaps are believed to have healing properties, they are not to be used to self-medicate or treat any form of physical or mental disease or health issue. We do not recommend the use of these products as substitute for medical care.

ALLERGY PATCH TEST
Apply a small amount of item you are testing on the upper part of your inner arm (at the elbow) and cover it with a bandage. Choose a time of day where you can leave the patch test in place for least 24 hours without getting it wet. If you are sensitive to any of the ingredients, a reaction such as reddening, burning, itching, or other irritation, should occur within twenty-four hours of application. If you don't see or feel any reaction, the preparation is probably safe to use.
SHIPPING POLICY
1. Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only offer shipping to the United States (all 48 contiguous states + Hawaii & Alaska). Please email us your order if you wish to have it shipped elsewhere and we can ship it "at cost."
2. What is your shipping method?
We ship orders via USPS or UPS using the least amount of packaging material possible. If you require a faster shipping option, please contact us via email for overnight shipping pricing. All orders shipped overnight, regardless of amount spent, will be incurred by the customer.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are shipped within 3 business days from receipt of payment on business days only (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). US Priority Mail then takes 2-4 days depending on your distance from Cleveland, OH.
4. How will I know my order has been shipped?
You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way. The note will include a link to USPS tracking information. The USPS tracking number can be checked periodically to see where your package is in transit.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our all products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold therefore we do not process returns or accept returns.
We understand that it may be difficult to order new skin care products online, that is why we offer our bar soaps, shampoo bars and many other products in sample or trial sizes so that you may experiment. If you have any questions on how use our specialty products, please feel free to email us.
Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.
