Our Bubonic Neat Essential Oil blend composition (Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Rosemary, Eucalyptus, and Clove) has a history that dates back to the Middle Ages. During the European plague outbreak, a group of thieves were known to have been robbing the dead or the ill for their treasures. Once caught, they revealed the secret recipe of Bathing Oils that had warded off infection for them to commit the robberies, in exchange for death leniency. Their guarded recipe lives on in our rendition of bar soap.
